Professionals with an ambition to grow

As a professional at ICE, you develop within five different levels. Development is possible on a personal and content level. Horizontal in Responsibilities and Vertical in Specializations. Depending on education, work experience and ambitions, a personal development plan will be developed with you.

Key competences have been established for each level of work and specialty. For example, in areas such as adaptability, result orientation, initiative and communication. This is a good measure of what you need to do, pick up and show in a particular function. In addition, it is transparent what is expected from you from both ICE and the client.

During a job and throughout your entire career at ICE Utility Professionals, HR regularly discusses the progress of your personal development plan with you. Depending on your personal needs, this growth is stimulated by supporting you with training, education and coaching.
