It is with great enthusiasm that we share the news that ICE is officially part of Almunda Professionals NV as of 16 August this year! As ICE, we are delighted to join forces with Almunda and enter the next phase together.
We are pleased to announce that Almunda has acquired a 70 per cent majority stake in ICE. In September 2022, Value8 acquired a majority stake in ICE with the aim of transferring it to Almunda, which is already active with business and IT consultants in the financial sector (Novisource) and the leading platform for self-employed professionals in healthcare (PIDZ). This acquisition allows Almunda to add the utility sector.
Since its establishment in 2005, ICE has been dedicated to providing high-quality services to various customers within the utility sector. We have built a strong presence in both the Netherlands and Belgium and are proud of the role we play as a reliable partner for national and regional grid operators, suppliers, metering companies and service providers.
