Retention period personal data

ICE Utility Professionals does not keep your personal data longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are collected. If we have informative contact that does not result in a contractual collaboration, we keep your personal data for a maximum of one year.

If our contact leads to a (usually) contractual cooperation, we keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the cooperation in question and our services. After the cooperation ends, we keep personal data for a maximum of one year.

The above retention periods obviously do not apply to personal data for which retention periods are laid down in laws and regulations such as the National Income Tax Act and the Personal Data Protection Act. ICE Utility Professionals applies these statutory retention periods.

ICE Utility Professionals shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
