ICE is looking for a driven Backoffice Specialist to take our clients' administrative processes to the next level. As a Backoffice Specialist, you will be pivotal in optimising operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be deployed at various organisations to support their back office activities. What do you do as a Back Office Specialist?

You are responsible for

  • Billing management and customer support (in billing, meter reading and contracts, among others).
  • Analysis of energy consumption data to promote more efficient energy use.
  • Managing customer contracts and processing contract changes.
  • Processing and validation of meter readings and relevant data.
  • General administrative support for various departments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Your work is diverse and requires you to be able to distinguish main issues from side issues, see through processes quickly, be flexible and have a hands-on approach.
  • You are able to learn things quickly and switch gears.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and numerical understanding.
