Vacancy: Functional administrator

You translate the information needs from different processes into information provision. You liaise with users so that they can make optimal use of the systems. You prioritise requests for system changes. You provide solutions to complex challenges, identify and translate business needs into functional specifications. You work accurately, are stress-resistant and have good communication skills.

What do you do as a functional manager?

  • Handles incidents and changes and discusses possible solutions with customers and colleagues.
  • Develops reports, analyses results and keeps functional and technical documentation up-to-date.
  • Identifies and translates business needs into functional specifications.
  • Prioritises the various requests for system changes.
  • Supports users so that they can make best use of the systems.
  • Are involved in researching and drafting user requirements.
  • Ensures continuity, reliability, quality and security of systems by performing quality checks and maintenance.

Does this position suit you?

You think along with the customer and make improvement proposals to improve the processes. You do this based on your market knowledge and the customer's current state of affairs. You deal with many parties.
You quickly put through the users' needs. In this, it is important that you support them and play your role within the team. It is an advantage if you are familiar with processes in the energy sector.

Further:

  • Have knowledge of processes in the energy industry and their interrelationships.
  • Preferably work experience within the energy sector (preferred)
  • HBO working and thinking level, preferred direction IT
  • 1-4 years' experience in a similar position and/or environment
  • Analytical, process and project-based thinking and working
  • Administratively strong; you work in a documented way
