At ICE Utility Professionals, we are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive intern to join our recruitment team. This is not just any internship - it's your chance to really become part of a team contributing to the energy transition. We are looking for someone who wants to participate, not watch. What will you do?

During this internship, you will learn all facets of the recruitment profession. Think about:

  • Finding the right candidates: Learn the art of search and find out how to make the perfect match.
  • Reviewing CVs and handling job applications: Develop your eye for talent by screening CVs and selecting candidates.
  • Proactive calling: Dare to pick up the phone and get potential colleagues excited about a new step in their career?
  • Administration and personal data processing: Make sure everything is neat and tidy, because good administration is half the battle!

And all in an environment where personal growth and job satisfaction are paramount.

What are we looking for in you? 

  • You are in the 3e or 4e year of an HBO course such as HRM.
  • You are available for 4-5 days a week (32-40 hours).
  • You are eager to learn, proactive and like to get to work - we are looking for someone who really wants to participate, not a taster internship!
  • You have an interest in the energy transition and want to contribute to a sustainable future.
