With your knowledge and skills, you are indispensable within the organisation when it comes to interweaving Agile thinking with both organisation and employees. You ensure that the organisation does not 'do' Agile, but is Agile.

What do you do as an agile coach?

As Agile Coach:

  • Are you able to get both the organisation and the people within it on board
  • Know how to deal with resistance
  • Do you value cooperation highly
  • Are you able to convince people of the Agile mindset and way of working and do you have knowledge of change management
  • Can communicate at different levels and explain complex issues clearly and understandably.

Does this position suit you?

As an Agile Coach, you are a natural leader with good communication skills. In addition, you are driven, results-oriented and have strong empathy. You also have:

  • Experience with Agile transitions within complex Business/IT environments.
  • Experience of working in Agile environments with methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.
  • Experience within the energy market and a SAFe certificate is a plus. If you do not have this certificate but are willing to obtain it, we will be happy to facilitate this.
