Vacancy: Business consultant

As a Business Consultant, you work at the interface of Business and IT. As a person, you excel at connecting, convincing and you have such good communication skills that creating support is second nature to you. You can bring relevant stakeholders together and thus contribute to the realisation of broadly supported visions and plans regarding the work processes.

What do you do as a business consultant?

  • You identify and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • You establish a product vision and roadmap.
  • Managing and prioritising the product backlog.
  • With business representatives (and other product owners) translate epics into Features and translate them into clear user stories.
  • Achieve alignment on dependencies and realisation of epics and features.
  • You can handle change well without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Together with the scrum team, you are always looking to improve.
  • You are assertive, productive and ask the right questions.
  • You work in a dynamic environment that changes with the need.

Does this position suit you?

You can organise your own work well and are good at managing output. You cooperate and give positive-critical feedback naturally. Your open and honest attitude inspires confidence. You know how to motivate and challenge those around you. Furthermore, you are proactive, result-oriented, able to advise and have integrity.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Several years of practical experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with process management, project-based working and process design methodologies, such as Lean, SAFe and Agile working
