Setting direction, maintaining course and bringing colleagues along. This is how you support an organisation or team during transitions. You guide (teams within) an organisation to look at the organisation, energy market and developments and determine improvements. You bring focus and help to choose a new approach, learn it and thus perform at work. You constantly hold up a mirror to your interlocutors, intervene in the moment and challenge leaders and teams to get the best out of themselves. You set direction, hold course and bring colleagues along. You are committed to making sure that processes run smoothly and goals are achieved; the result comes first. You encourage employee development and make sure you always know what is going on in the workplace.

What do you do as a change manager?

  • You set the direction and hold course towards your goal and take your team with you in this.
  • Together with your team, you make a strong effort to keep the processes running smoothly and to achieve goals, the result is paramount.
  • You will work with the team managers, department manager and support departments to enable the energy transition.
  • As a coach, you encourage employee development and make sure you always know what is going on in the workplace.

Does this position suit you?

  • You are a driven and results-oriented manager who has a completed higher vocational or university education.
  • You have extensive experience in achieving cultural change and managing from uncertainties.
  • Experience in defining and implementing change plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, at both operational and strategic levels (experience in communicating change and facilitating discussions)
  • Able to bring, convince and motivate people to go along with changes in systems and ways of working.
  • Knowledge of and experience working within teams based on Agile thinking.
